INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

The 76th Independence Day was celebrated in our school campus in a vibrant manner. The spectacular performances by our students with their Trilingual speeches, role play, patriotic music, dance & silambam awakened everyone’s feelings towards the Mother Land. Following this, the long-awaited Investiture ceremony took place to honour the selected students with their respective badges and the student council members then took an oath to faithfully work for the school. Our Trustee, CA M.S. Tholkappian also encouraged them to put in honest efforts for every endeavour and become an inspiration for others. Our tiny tots of kindergarten came dressed as freedom fighters which filled the entire stage with pride and valour. The show went on well with pomp and splendour inducing the patriotic spirit in the hearts of everyone and culminated with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and Unity in Diversity.
